We want to be digital Gandalfs. We maintain growth to a billion without corporate bad habits.

Interview

We started as the developer company BOOTIQ in Plzeň. Today we have nearly 500 people and are heading toward billion-scale revenue. We are building our IT group, BIQ Group, as a technology guide that helps companies manage digital transformation—confidently but with a human approach.

We grow fast but smart

In recent years, we've joined forces with teams that were and remain leaders in their fields – BOOTIQ, Consulting Company Novasoft, Bluesoft, PUXdesign, Talentiq. This lets us cover the full range of IT services, from development through data & AI, SAP, portals, and digital marketing. Currently, our revenue is around 650 million CZK annually, and we are aiming higher—to a billion.

The group's goal is synergistic growth, but we don’t build rigid structures. Each team has room to develop at its own pace, keeping its character and bringing its strongest qualities to the group. Our practice is either acquiring functional companies and integrating them right away or restructuring them before later inclusion.

We build an alliance of experts

We don’t force all companies into one mold. We believe specialization and autonomy are valuable. This enables quick client responsiveness, efficient knowledge sharing, and scaling where it makes sense.

But we don’t sell at all costs. We don’t want to be just a supplier—we build long-term client relationships based on trust and delivering meaningful solutions that last and help clients grow.

As technology guides, we help companies like DPD SK, Škoda Auto, Sazka, Allianz, and T-Mobile manage the complexity of digital projects.

We are not IT bureaucrats

We see the "digital Gandalf" approach as a symbol of how we want to act—not an all-knowing authority, but a respected guide who knows the path and how to navigate even the darker passages of digital transformation.

We don’t wait for exact briefs. We co-create systems and integrations, advise on defining client needs, and build the consulting layer to provide tailored solutions. We support this know-how by integrating proven solutions rather than developing everything ourselves.

Companies don’t need complicated words or ten-page reports. They need someone who can explain clearly, propose, and deliver quality work. Someone they can trust.

Technology without arrogance, growth without uniformity

BIQ Group isn’t a company eager to be the biggest at any cost. We want to be the best at what we do—while keeping our character.

We have big goals: 1 billion CZK annually or more—without losing our identity. Through strategic acquisitions, we are building a comprehensive IT group where each company and team has autonomy and specialization.
