From data collection to automated decision-making
The new Data & AI division was created in response to growing demand from companies on how to truly turn data into business value. The group recognizes that implementing analytics tools isn’t enough – companies today primarily need strategy, architecture, and an experienced partner to turn technology into practical outcomes.
The team focuses on covering the entire data cycle: from designing data structures, through data integration and governance, to applying AI and machine learning in specific scenarios. Colleagues rely on expert knowledge of modern cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure) and build on practical data use in areas like prediction, personalization, optimization, and automated decision-making.
“We want to help companies navigate possibilities and create solutions that make long-term sense. We’re not a data lab without context, but partners who solve specific client problems and seek business impact,” says Ján Zajíc.
The goal isn’t to just “do AI.” It’s to turn data into advantage.
The division is not isolated – it closely collaborates with development and integration teams across the group, enabling it to deliver comprehensive solutions that include technical deployment, change management, and user support.
Building proprietary product concepts and developing best practices for scalable data platforms will also be a priority. This step confirms that data expertise is not just an add-on but a key pillar of our future strategy.
The Data & AI division aims to help companies understand what lies behind buzzwords like “AI” or “predictive analytics” – and how to use them practically, smartly, and securely.
Data without vision are just tables
We now offer companies the competence, structure, and approach to make data a real advantage. Led by Ján Zajíc, the team connects technology with business – delivering not just more tools, but meaningful solutions.
This confirms our long-term strategy to invest in areas that bring measurable results to companies and help prepare them for what comes next.
