Allianz needed a partner to unify marketing activities and bring greater efficiency and flexibility.

Allianz, part of the global Allianz Group, has been active in the Czech Republic since 1993 and ranks among the country’s top three insurers. As part of its online marketing development, the Czech branch decided to move away from its existing model of working with two agencies, whose capacities were not being used effectively. Allianz therefore sought a strong and reliable partner to oversee performance marketing comprehensively and with a greater degree of flexibility.

We designed and implemented a long-term collaboration model providing reliable performance support along with consulting services beyond campaigns.

The challenge

The previous model, split between two agencies, was not sustainable in the long term. Capacities were poorly utilised, coordination was inefficient, and results fell short of expectations. The client therefore needed a partner who would take full responsibility for performance marketing, respond quickly to changes, and at the same time provide a holistic perspective on content, performance, and strategy.

How we solved it

We began our collaboration in 2016, initially focusing on campaigns for travel and car insurance. We managed resources in line with Allianz’s current needs and ensured smooth operations through weekly in-person meetings and transparent communication. In addition to PPC, RTB, and SEO, we also delivered graphic design services and HR campaigns. Allianz thus gained a fully competent partner focused not only on performance but also on content quality and strategic context

The collaboration brought Allianz greater efficiency, transparency, and speed in online marketing. With a single partner covering both performance activities and complementary services, coordination improved and the burden on internal teams decreased. Allianz gained a team that thinks in context, understands client needs, and provides practical consulting whenever needed.
